How2 Learn From Others.

by Cathy Paper on February 14th, 2011

Identify what it is you want to learn. If you're not sure what you want to learn seek out someone to gain clarity around your goals, i.e. a mentor, a coach, a teacher etc.

If you know what you want, more new business, a promotion, a new job, work/life balance then zone in on who to talk to or what to read to improve.

Our lives are changed by the people we meet, the books we read and the actions we take. Ask others to show you how to get better.

After watching the
grammy's last night, I continue to hear how many of the nominees and winners talked about going for their dreams and having others around them who believe in them. Learning from others can be as easy as just letting another person in on what you really want so they can nudge you in the right direction.

We're going to be interviewing a whole bunch of big dreamers starting next week at http://dreamjoblab.com/dreamevent/. Check it out.
