I can’t speak another language besides English yet. My high school Latin doesn’t count. And so far my duolingo skills with spanish only amuse my family and sister as of day 472 and counting.

But I can talk. And I want to talk to you about why it’s important to build a global network. If you only have a network filled with people exactly like you you will miss out on key insights, new ways of thinking and a variety of cultures and conversations.

Today's Guest on the All Star Networking Show is Ian Colville, the Managing Partner of Carpathian Capital Management. Ian has over 10 years of investment banking experience and 7 years of management consulting experience. 

Ian's talent with language acquisition led him overseas to Russia where he got his start in International banking and property investment. Through years of growth, change, and prolific reading Ian has learned the strongest ways to build trust in financial relationships.

I wanted to ask him if he was a spy! I’ve obviously seen too many movies.
